Adapting to community needs: Taylor Ryan of Louisville nonprofit Change Today, Change Tomorrow
In November, Beargrass Thunder had the pleasure of touring Change Today, Change Tomorrow's new Butchertown location. After the tour, we got to sit down with Taylor Ryan (Founder & Executive Director) and Tyler Warner (Operations Manager) to learn more about the operation. We ended up talking their ears off geeking out over everything they're doing.
The needs of the community are constantly changing and evolving with current events, seasons, and the global pandemic. CTCT is in a unique position in which they can grow and adapt to best serve our neighbors and community members. They are an integral part to empowering the BIPOC and houseless communities in this city. They are also providing conditions for Black Business to grow with Pocket Change, and fighting for Food Justice with #FeedTheWest.
CTCT is committed to making our world a better place, and are objectively succeeding in their goal. Please consider donating or otherwise helping out with their efforts. Spread the word of their mission and accomplishments! and Stay tuned on Beargrass Thunder for more content, videos, and articles about Change Today, Change Tomorrow!
