We had a great time talking to Jennifer Chappell , a candidate for Metro Council District 15 about neighborhood issues and what they want to do as an elected official. Jennifer Chappell has been involved as a public servant for many years, serving as the President of the Schnitzelburg Area Community Council (SACC) and a board member of the Jefferson County Soil & Water Conservation District.
