The alley runs between two of the busiest one-way streets in the Beargrass neighborhoods, Shelby Street and Logan Street , passing dozens of residents, shops, and existing businesses! Imagine what we could do with a pedestrian friendly, bikable street crossing neighborhoods and helping residents!
